How to activate ServiceM8 15
Launch activation: To activate the ServiceM8 15 features and improvements in your Online Dashboard, follow these two steps:
- Go to the ServiceM8 September 2026 update page and click Activate ServiceM8 15 just below the top video. This opens your Online Dashboard and reveals a green notice in Settings.
- In Settings, click Activate in the green notice.
App releases: The ServiceM8 15 iOS and Android apps are rolling out on their respective app stores and will gradually become available for you to download.

How to deactivate ServiceM8 Launch 2026
After activating ServiceM8 15, you can turn off ServiceM8 Launch 2026 in the Add-on Store if you need to.
You need permission to manage features and integrations in the Online Dashboard.
- In the Online Dashboard, go to Account > Features & Integrations.
- Find and open ServiceM8 Launch 2026.
- Turn off the add-on.
If a feedback form appears, please let us know what didn’t work for you.
How to deactivate the Enhanced Job Card
After reviewing the improvements, if something about the Enhanced Job Card still doesn’t work for you, for now it’s still possible to go back to the original job card, without deactivating the entire ServiceM8 15 launch.
In the Online Dashboard, go to Account > Features & Integrations and deactivate the Enhanced Job Card add-on.
