Can the standard job status choices be customized?
Find out whether the standard job status choices be customized in ServiceM8.
No. The four standard job statuses are locked-in and cannot be customized.
If you need more job statuses, the way to manage this in ServiceM8 is to use Queues for jobs on hold or Job Categories for reporting purposes.
