About the ServiceM8 Lite Android app
ServiceM8 Lite is a simple, fast & easy-to-use Android app for technicians, subcontractors & temporary workers, when it’s not practical to give them an iPhone, and they don’t need the full power of the iOS app. ServiceM8 Lite for Android gives these workers the essentials to know when & where to be, view key job details, receive updates, and complete core job tasks on site. ServiceM8 Lite for Android shares a similar look and feel to the iOS app, but is limited to core functionality suitable for field technicians, subcontractors & temporary workers who don’t have a management role, only need to see jobs scheduled to them, and don’t need access to certain add-ons or features limited to the iOS app.Key features of ServiceM8 Lite for Android
Android users will be able to do the following with ServiceM8 Lite:- See their schedule of jobs allocated to them (only)
- View job and client details (job cards)
- Create new jobs
- Schedule jobs (fixed-times only)

Limitations of ServiceM8 Lite for Android
The ServiceM8 Lite Android app only supports the core functionality listed above. Android users will not have access to features critical for management roles, and they will not have access to the advanced features exclusive to the ServiceM8 iOS app for iPhone & iPad. The following features and functions are NOT supported in the ServiceM8 Lite Android app:- Allocating bookings in allocation windows e.g. Urgent or Business Hours
