Resetting your Sign in with Apple functionality
If you originally opted for Hide My Email but later changed your Apple private relay email address in ServiceM8, Sign in with Apple will stop working. You can either use your new email and password credentials to sign in to ServiceM8 mobile app or, if your new email address and your Apple ID are the same, you can reset Sign in with Apple. To reset Sign in with Apple on your mobile device:- Open the Settings app, then tap your name.
- Tap Password & Security.
- Tap Apps Using Your Apple ID.
- Tap ServiceM8.
- Tap Stop using Apple ID.
- You can now follow the regular process to enable Sign in with Apple, but select Share My Email. See Enabling Sign in with Apple for more information.
