In the app and online, ServiceM8 now provides visibility of stock levels which are synced and tracked in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online.
Stock levels in the accounting package will be updated when Invoices which have used tracked items are approved and synced between ServiceM8 and the accounting package.
Here's the quick steps on how you can view Stock Levels in the ServiceM8 App and Online Dispatch board.
Open a job, tap Billing
Tap Add Item/Service
To view Stock Levels, Force Push a specific item while searching materials for item details
Or look under Quantity in the Add Item/Service View
From the Dispatch Board online
Add/Open a job and click Quotes & Invoicing tab
Click Add Material/Service, you can view Stock Levels when searching for materials under Item Code field
Or by clicking the Material's Qty field
