Enhanced Job Card
Activating ServiceM8 14 will automatically activate the Enhanced Job Card, if it wasn’t activated in your account already.
ServiceM8 14 sees a range of improvements to the Enhanced Job Card, including:
- Checklists & Tasks — Diary Record: See assigned tasks in the Diary, just like the original job card.
- Checklists & Tasks — Notification on Completion: Get notified when a task you assigned to someone has been completed — like it was before!
- Checklists & Tasks — Copy & Paste: Easily copy a checklist from one job to another. You can also copy a checklist from a document, or paste one to your Invoice Description.
- Checklists & Tasks — Assign & Remind: Simply hover & click next to a task to assign it, or set a reminder. Edit the same way!
- Apply Job Template: You can now apply a Job Template to an existing job, after it’s been created.
- Save to Diary: Save Quote & Invoices to the job’s Diary, without needing to draft or send an email.
