Not all my staff have Apple devices. How can I use ServiceM8?

To get the most out of ServiceM8 for your business, we'd recommend investing in iPhones for your field technicians, and using our iOS app.

In September 2024, ServiceM8 launched the ServiceM8 Lite app for Android.

ServiceM8 Lite is a simple, fast & easy-to-use Android app for technicians, subcontractors & temporary workers, when it’s not practical to give them an iPhone, and they don’t need the full power of the iOS app. ServiceM8 Lite for Android gives these workers the essentials to know when & where to be, view key job details, receive updates, and complete core job tasks on site. 

ServiceM8 Lite for Android shares a similar look and feel to the iOS app, but is limited to core functionality suitable for field technicians, subcontractors & temporary workers who don't have a management or billing role, and only need to see jobs scheduled to them.
