Notifications are automatically sent to staff members who are logged into ServiceM8 on their iPhone/iPad, when:
- A job is scheduled to them (or a scheduled job booking is changed) within the next 2 hours
- A job is dropped onto their staff icon (Urgent job dispatch)
- A message is sent to the staff member using the Dispatch Board (click on their staff icon)
If staff aren't receiving notifications, it's usually due to Push Notifications not being enabled on the device, or enabled for the ServiceM8 app.
