How to re-order items on Quotes and Invoices

You can rearrange the order of labour and material items on quotes and invoices, to optimise presentation. This can be done in the app’s Billing view, or Online in the Quotes & Invoicing tab of the job card.

Here’s how:

In the app, open a job and go to Billing

Tap and hold the item line you’d like to move

Then drag and drop to your desired order

In the Dispatch Board online

Open a job, click the Quotes & Invoicing tab

Click and hold the grab points to the left of each item to reorder

That’s it!
