NOTE: from 2022, the Reece Plumbing Pricelist add-on is not available to activate for new users. There are two alternatives to consider, which provide similar benefits & functionality:
  1. Reece maX add-on: Reece has developed the separate Reece maX add-on, available to activate in the ServiceM8 Add-on store. The Reece maX add-on offers a more automated solution for keeping popular Reece products’ pricing and details synced to your ServiceM8 account, so it’s worth checking out in the first instance — search ‘Reece maX’ in Settings > ServiceM8 Add-ons.
  2. Automated Supplier Import add-on: very similar to the original Reece Plumbing Pricelist add-on, this more generic add-on lets you provide suppliers with a unique email address for your ServiceM8 account, where sending an updated CSV price file to this email address will automatically update your ServiceM8 items database. For more info on the Automated Supplier Import add-on, see this help article.
------------------------------------------------------------------------- By enabling the Reece Plumbing add-on, you can automatically forward your monthly price list directly from Reece and it will be automatically imported into ServiceM8 with a markup on prices that you specify.

To activate the Reece add-on, simply go to Settings > ServiceM8 Add-ons

In the ServiceM8 Add-ons page, find the Reece add-on and switch it on

Copy the email address and set your markup

Copy the email address and set your markup When you set up your Reece price list simply use this ServiceM8’s generated email address to forward any changes with your price lists. You may also set your markup here so it will be automatically applied to your products/materials when imported. To keep the current settings, click Save.

After completing the price list import process from Reece it will then listed to your Materials & Services.
