- App: in the Recent tab, voicemails will be visible in red — ‘Missed call with voicemail’. Tap the ‘i’ icon to open the Call Details view and listen to the recording or view its transcription.
- Online: voicemails arrive in your ServiceM8 Inbox, where you can listen to the recording or view its transcription, then action.
