What is the Customer Feedback add-on for?
Understand what the Customer Feedback add-on for is and how it works in ServiceM8. Collecting customer feedback is one of those tasks that everyone knows is.
Collecting customer feedback is one of those tasks that everyone knows is important, but no-one has time or wants to burden customers with a lengthy process. We think this new add-on will let businesses collect great (and not so great) customer feedback directly from email signatures, your website and any other materials you add the smart-link to.
When a customer clicks the feedback link it will take them to a web page where they can give your business a star rating and write a short review.
To start collecting feedback turn on Customer Feedback in addons.
