If you use the Job Allocations Add-on to schedule jobs to staff in allocation "windows" of time during the day (rather than setting a fixed time), then you may want to advise your clients what the time window the job is scheduled in. You can do this, by using the {job.next_booking_time} merge field in your email & SMS templates:
When you draft an email or SMS, the merge field will automatically convert to the relevant allocation window's Start & End Times:
