Staying in communication with prospective clients is a great way to win more work. Use the Quote Follow Up Automation to automatically remind clients of quotes you've sent to them, and prompt them to get back to you with questions or to accept your quote.
Click the switch to enable Quote Follow Ups. Click Edit if you would like to change the default settings.

Review your settings
- If the client replies to your quote before the scheduled follow up time, the automatic message will be cancelled
- If the job status changes to Work Order, Completed, or Unsuccessful before the scheduled follow up time, the automatic message will be cancelled
- The quote follow up email will be sent from the staff member who originally sent the quote
