Automatic call return routing is a quick and effective feature of ServiceM8 Phone that helps connect your clients with the appropriate staff member.
It applies in the following situation:
- A staff member uses ServiceM8 Phone to call a client, whether from the office or the field.
- If the client calls your business phone number back within 15 minutes of that call, their call will automatically be routed to the staff member who just called them.
- If the staff member doesn't answer within 10 seconds, or if they reject the call or are already on the phone, then the call is routed per the normal call routing process (to the designated Business Hours Call Group or, if applicable, to the designated Staff on Call).
