First, click on the Form in the Job Diary to open it, then click the Edit button at the top of the Form window. The view will change to an editing interface.
Once you are in Edit mode, the content of any Text fields in the Form can be updated. Other field types (such as Multiple Choice questions) cannot be edited. Note that any Signatures captured in the Form will be removed if the Form's contents are edited.
Click the Save button to save your changes.
Once you have saved your changes, an updated copy of the Form's PDF document will also be produced.
Viewing a history of changes
If a Form has been edited, you can view the history of changes made to the Form from the Job Diary. To do so, click the arrow on the Diary item, then click Version History.
This will display a list of all versions of that form, with the most recent version at the top.
Click on any version of the Form to view it.
