Use the Booking Reminder Automation to remind your clients of upcoming scheduled bookings. Note that you need to have the Automation add-on enabled first.
Migrating from the old Booking Reminders system
If you had the old Booking Reminders add-on enabled, your chosen settings and templates will automatically be converted to a Booking Reminder Automation when you enable the Automation add-on.
You can choose to send text messages, emails, or both

Review the settings for the Booking Reminder Automation
- Reminders will only be sent for jobs with the Booking Reminder badge applied
- Text messages will only be sent between 7M and 7PM. Messages scheduled after 7PM will be delayed to 7AM the next morning.
- Reminders will be sent to the Job contact in the absence of an email or Mobile number for the Job contact the reminder will be sent to the Billing contact.
- The Booking Reminder email will be sent from the staff member who scheduled the job
