Badges assist in passing critical job information from the office or dispatcher to the field workers on mobile devices.
ServiceM8 provides badges for a wide variety of uses, as a business you can choose which badges will be useful to you - and rename the badge so office and field staff agree to each badges meaning.
Here's how you can activate badges in your account:
Go to Settings

Click Badges

From the Manage Badges page, drag and drop each badge you wish to use from the Inactive Badges into the Active Badges area

Click on the badge's title if you wish to change it

NOTE: Badge images cannot be changed, only their titles.

Using Badges in a job

Once you have activated badges in your account, they will then appear on the right of the job diary for every job. Greyed out badges mean they are not applicable to this job, while coloured badges have been activated.
To enable a badge from the job, click on the badge and then click Save

What do field staff see on their mobile device?

Badges will appear on the job details tab for each job.
