Can I use AI agents, bots or browser extensions to access ServiceM8?

Find out when automated tools such as AI agents, bots and browser extensions can be used with your ServiceM8 account.

No, not to simulate user actions. You must not use automated tools, such as AI agents, bots or browser extensions, to access or interact with ServiceM8 in a way that simulates user actions or undermines security controls, unless ServiceM8 has expressly authorised it.

This includes tools that act in ServiceM8 on your behalf to view, extract, create, modify or delete data, send communications, or perform other actions. This applies:

  • whether the tool acts on its own, or a person supervises or approves its actions
  • regardless of how often or how quickly the tool runs
  • even if the activity causes no harm or disruption

Giving a person or tool access to your account does not mean ServiceM8 has authorised that method of access. ServiceM8 may restrict, suspend or block prohibited automated access without notice.
