- Stripe account connection (if any): have you connected ServiceM8 to Stripe for payment processing, and do you need to review this connection or connect a different account?
- Accounting package (if any): is your account connected to Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online, and do you need to review this connection or connect a different account?
- Payment and banking details on quote and invoice templates: do you need to update payment instructions in Settings > Document Templates?
- Messaging templates: review details across all email and SMS templates, including automation templates, especially where text is typed directly rather than using merge fields.
- Forms: review any business-specific forms.
- Add-ons: review all active add-ons, especially add-ons that involve external enquiries, bookings, imports, or third-party billing.
- Preferences: review all settings in Settings > Preferences, including company information.
- ServiceM8 subscription payment details: review the credit/debit card used for your ServiceM8 subscription in Settings > ServiceM8 Account.
- Staff and security roles: review current staff access and security roles.
