To stop ServiceM8 sending future invoices, client updates, and material updates to MYOB, turn off the MYOB integration in your Online Dashboard.
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click ServiceM8 Add-ons.
  3. Open MYOB Integration.
  4. Switch the add-on to OFF.
Turning the integration off disconnects ServiceM8 from MYOB for future syncing. It does not delete your ServiceM8 jobs, invoices, clients, or materials, and it does not undo invoices or records already created in MYOB. Review anything already in MYOB with your accountant in MYOB.
