Why is the customer name field greyed out when creating a Job Template?
From the introduction of ServiceM8 13 in September 2023, this is part of how Job Templates work - the client name and contact details cannot be added, as templates are not intended to be “client specific” i.e. templates are designed to help you save time and systemise the process for creating jobs for some of your most popular types of services.
