Can we include a specific date in our PDF quotes for when the quote is valid til?
No, ServiceM8 does not have a feature in which you can set the period of time for which your quotes are valid, and can be accepted, before they expire and are no longer possible for the client to accept. However, many of ServiceM8’s standard Quote templates include the option to add a line of ‘Terms and Conditions’ text as standard, such as “Quote is valid for 30 days from issue date”.
