There is no requirement to connect your ServiceM8 and Xero accounts. ServiceM8 works as a stand-alone system, and you can build a workflow in the Invoicing tab to track manual transfer of invoice and payment details into Xero (for example, approve each invoice in ServiceM8 once the manual transfer is done).However, we recommend using the ServiceM8 and Xero integration.
