Can ServiceM8 automatically send a receipt when a Xero payment syncs back?

No. When a payment is received in Xero against an invoice exported from ServiceM8, the payment syncs back to ServiceM8 and marks the invoice as paid once fully paid. ServiceM8 does not provide a native automation that automatically sends a receipt or paid invoice when that Xero payment syncs back.
Payment Follow Up is for outstanding invoices and will not send once the job is paid in full. Customer Feedback can send a post-payment feedback request, but it is not a receipt automation and does not generate or attach a receipt or paid invoice PDF.
