Why are our arrival windows in our booking confirmation emails and texts sometimes skewed too early?
In ServiceM8, if a job is scheduled for 9am and you have a 2 Hour Arrival Window, sometimes it will populate the email/SMS as 9am - 11am rather than 8am - 10am. Merge fields that support arrival windows also take into account your operating hours, and will not suggest an arrival time before or after your business’s operating hours, as set in Preferences.
