Can we change the wording of the preset Outcome options to choose from in the app when you Check Out?

No, it is not possible to edit/customise the Outcomes available to choose from when checking out of a job in the ServiceM8 iOS app. However, as you may have discovered, if you tap ‘Other’ you will have the opportunity to type or dictate the outcome.
