ServiceM8 can track several job-related costs against a Job card, including labour time, admin time, material costs, and supplier invoices through the Supplier Invoice Importing add-on.
If you want to measure job profitability, use the Job Costing add-on alongside accurate material purchase costs and time tracking.
If you need full business-expense accounting, manage that in your accounting package.
