Why can't I see the Two Way SMS add-on?
Two Way SMS is now a core feature, included in all ServiceM8 plans. If you cannot see a ‘Two Way SMS’ add-on in Settings > ServiceM8 Add-ons, it means this feature is already on and part of your account.
