Yes. ServiceM8 does work offline in the mobile app. If job and client details have already synced to the device, you can still view those details, update jobs, and save job notes and photos while you are out of reception. When you are back in range, those changes sync across your account. However, tasks that need a live connection still will not work offline. For example, you cannot produce final PDF quotes, invoices, or Forms, or send emails or text messages until the device has coverage or internet again.
