In ServiceM8, it depends what you mean by “timesheet” and the kind of time you want to edit:
  • Shift time (Clock On/Off) = hours your staff worked, for payroll purposes.
  • Job time (Check In/Out) = billable time on specific jobs.

Edit shift (Clock On/Off) times

  • In the Online Dashboard, go to Reports > All Timesheets (Team Timesheet).
  • Toggle to Shift Time.
  • Click the relevant day/cell and edit the staff member’s Clock On/Off time.

Edit job (Check In/Out) times

  • Online Dashboard: open the Job card > Billing tab > Job Time, then add time or edit an existing entry.
  • In the iOS app (during Check Out): Check Out > Job Time, then edit Check In/Out times.
  • In the iOS app (after Check Out): open the recorded time entry in the Job Diary > open the Checkout Report > tap Edit.
