Uncompleted Tasks cannot be archived in ServiceM8, individually or in bulk. Tasks either need to be marked as completed, or removed. Tasks can be completed in both the ServiceM8 app and the Online Dashboard. Tasks cannot be edited in the Online Dashboard. Tasks can be edited or removed in the ServiceM8 iOS app by the staff member assigned to the Task. They can do this by tapping the Task in the relevant Job card, or by going to More > Tasks and tapping the relevant Task.
