Can I bulk archive uncompleted Tasks without needing to remove or complete them individually?
Uncompleted Tasks cannot be archived in ServiceM8, individually or in bulk. Tasks either need to be marked as completed, or removed.
Tasks can be completed in both the ServiceM8 app and the Online Dashboard.
Job tasks are managed as checklist items. You can edit or delete them from the Job card in the ServiceM8 app or the Online Dashboard, subject to your checklist permissions.
