How do I forward calls from my ServiceM8 Phone number to an external answering service or virtual receptionist?
To do so, you will need to set up a Secondary Call Group, and set the calls to ring through to an External Number which is outside your ServiceM8 account (instead of a different staff member within your account). To create a Secondary Call Group with an External Number, in your online dashboard, go to Settings > ServiceM8 Phone > Advanced Settings, and edit “Secondary Call Group”.
