Find out whether ServiceM8 supports live GPS tracking of technicians.
Yes. ServiceM8 can show live staff location and status on the Dispatch Map when staff are Clocked On and have allowed GPS access in the iOS app.
You can also see when a staff member is navigating to a job or is Checked In to a job. For historical movement and time history, use the Shift GPS report for staff using the iOS app, and the Job Checkout Report for visit-level history.
This gives you a live view of where staff are and what their status is during the day.
