In ServiceM8, yes. You can customise the “On the Way” SMS by creating a template named exactly Navigate To Job Template. In the Online Dashboard, go to Settings > SMS Templates > Add SMS Template, and set the template name exactly to Navigate To Job Template. A standard starting message is: 
Hello {job.contact_first},
This is a courtesy message to let you know {staff.first} from Company ABC is on the way {and_will_be_arriving_in_approximately_x_minutes}. Please call {staff.mobile} if you are unable to be at the premises at this time.
If you want to include the automatically calculated ETA, use {and_will_be_arriving_in_approximately_x_minutes}. ETA is not available in all conditions, so write the template so it still makes sense when that field is blank.
