How do I change the VAT tax rate in ServiceM8?
To change the tax rate in your ServiceM8 account, log in to the Online Dashboard and go to Settings > Preferences > Tax Settings.
If the tax rate you need is not already there, click Add Tax Rate and save it.
Please note that you cannot edit the Tax Rate Name or Tax Amount of a saved tax rate that has already been used with items. If you need a different name or rate, you will need to add a new tax rate.
If you already have many saved items with one tax rate and want to update them to a different rate, go to Settings > Materials & Services and use a bulk action. Click the down-arrow on the left side of the list, select the items to update, then click Actions > Set Tax Rates.
