Field staff can do a lot from the ServiceM8 mobile app, including viewing jobs, completing checklists and Forms, adding notes and photos, messaging clients, and creating quotes or invoices. However, most businesses still use the Online Dashboard for office and admin work such as account setup, staff and security settings, templates, add-ons, advanced reporting, and some workflow configuration. So the mobile app can support day-to-day field work, but most businesses still use the Online Dashboard for full account administration.
