Yes. ServiceM8 can send customers a quote acceptance link by email or SMS so they can review and approve the quote online.
When the customer accepts the quote, ServiceM8 records the acceptance and can move the job from Quote to Work Order automatically.
This is useful when you want a faster approval step without asking the customer to print, sign, or reply manually.
