ServiceM8 sends invoices to supported accounting packages as part of the approval workflow.
When your account is connected to Xero, QuickBooks Online, or MYOB, approving the invoice in ServiceM8 sends it to the accounting package. If you use the iOS app and want fewer manual steps, you can also approve the invoice during checkout.
So invoices can move through quickly, but someone still needs to approve them in ServiceM8 before they sync.
