No. Dispatch Board week views start on Sunday and the first day cannot currently be changed to Monday. If your business is closed on a regular weekday, set that in Operating Hours. This affects availability and booking suggestions, but regular closed weekdays are not shown as labelled Closed Date blocks or custom shaded days. Use Closed Dates or synced public holidays when you want a specific date blocked out and shown on the schedule.
