Yes. ServiceM8 has an Asset Management add-on for businesses that need to track customer equipment, service history, asset details, and forms completed against an asset.
You can create Asset Types in the Online Dashboard, scan asset labels in the iOS app, view asset details in the Online Dashboard, and keep a history of work completed against each asset.
If you only need a simple record of customer sites or equipment, you may not need the add-on. If your work depends on servicing, locating, inspecting, or reporting on equipment over time, Asset Management is a better fit.
