Find out whether ServiceM8 can restrict technicians to checking into jobs only when they are on site.
For staff using the iOS app, ServiceM8 can automatically Check In and Check Out based on GPS and job location, and you can review arrival and departure history in the Job Checkout Report.
ServiceM8 does not have a documented setting that prevents a technician from manually checking into a job before they arrive on site.
If your goal is accountability, use Automated Time Tracking on the iOS app, accurate job addresses, and the Job Checkout Report to review recorded movements and on-site time.
