ServiceM8 is not designed for bulk SMS or email marketing campaigns from the Job card.
You can send service-related messages such as booking updates, quotes, invoices, and other job communication. If you want to run newsletters or email marketing, use a dedicated marketing tool such as Mailchimp and make sure recipients have clearly opted in.
If you do have permission to send marketing messages, you also need a clear unsubscribe or opt-out path.
