For UK businesses, set your account timezone to [GMT+00:00] Greenwich Mean Time (London). ServiceM8 uses your account timezone when displaying and scheduling booking times, and the London timezone follows UK daylight saving time. Do not select [GMT+00:00] Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) for a UK business that needs daylight saving time to apply. Although London and GMT can both appear as GMT+00:00 in the timezone list, London follows UK daylight saving changes, while GMT stays at GMT+00:00 all year. To check your account timezone in the Online Dashboard:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Open Region & Language Settings.
  4. Under Account Timezone, select [GMT+00:00] Greenwich Mean Time (London).
  5. Click Save.
Do not choose CET for a UK business. CET is Central European Time and is a separate timezone option.
