Yes. In the ServiceM8 app, tap the list button at the top of an open Form to show all visible questions on one scrolling page. You can then scroll to the question you want to answer or review.
Tap the stacked-card button beside Complete to return to one question at a time. Switching views keeps the answers you have entered.
