Why have my Stripe payments not come through yet?
With ServiceM8 Pay, your first payout follows the standard next-business-day payout schedule. In some cases, Stripe may briefly hold a payout while verifying your account details.
With the legacy Stripe Payments add-on, where you connect your own Stripe account, it’s normal to take 7-14 days to receive your very first payout from Stripe. This initial delay is for risk management purposes.
