Can I show staff last names on the Dispatch Board?
Learn how staff names are displayed on the Dispatch Board.
The Dispatch Board automatically shows the shortest unique staff name.
If every active staff member has a different first name, the Dispatch Board shows first names only. If two active staff members have the same first name, ServiceM8 shows the full name so you can tell them apart.
There is not a separate setting to always display staff last names on the Dispatch Board. The Show Staff Member on Dispatch Board option controls whether a staff member appears on the Dispatch Board, not whether their first or last name is shown.
