# Does ServiceM8 support live GPS tracking of technicians?

> Find out whether ServiceM8 supports live GPS tracking of technicians.

Yes. ServiceM8 can show live staff location and status on the **Dispatch Map** when staff are **Clocked On** and have allowed GPS access in the iOS app.

You can also see when a staff member is navigating to a job or is Checked In to a job. For historical movement and time history, use the **Shift GPS** report for staff using the iOS app, and the **Job Checkout Report** for visit-level history.

This gives you a live view of where staff are and what their status is during the day.
