# Does ServiceM8 provide KPI dashboards or business performance reports?

Yes. ServiceM8 includes business reporting in the **Reports** area of the Online Dashboard.

You can use built-in business dashboard reports for metrics such as jobs completed, revenue, top clients, feedback, online bookings, and other business KPIs. If you need more flexible reporting, **Custom Reports** lets you build reports around jobs, invoices, revenue, costs, profit, breakdowns, and CSV exports.

The best setup depends on whether you want a ready-made KPI view or a report you can filter and tailor for your business.
