# Can ServiceM8 store, scan, or upload documents and PDFs directly to Job cards?

> Find out whether ServiceM8 can store, scan, or upload documents and PDFs directly to Job cards.

Yes. ServiceM8 can store documents and PDFs directly against a **Job card**.

In the **Online Dashboard**, you can upload files to a Job card. In the iOS app, you can use **Document Scanner** to scan paper documents and save them as PDF attachments in the Job Diary.

This makes it practical to keep quotes, supplier paperwork, photos, scanned documents, and other job-related files with the rest of the job record.
